Kaeng Khiao Wan Kai (Green Chicken Curry)

It is the second of ten Thai dishes ordered most often by foreigners, a green curry chicken gained popularity from 85% foreigners. Thais love with rice or Khanom chin, a sort of pad Thai have.
Green Curry Paste Ingredients
• 10 fresh green chili peppers
• 2 tablespoons minced lemon grass
• 1 c. Tsp chopped coriander root
• 1 tablespoon chopped shallots
• 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
• 1 tbsp galangal root
• 1 teaspoon ground coriander
• 1 teaspoon ground cumin
• 7 white peppercorns
• 1 teaspoon salt tea
• 1 teaspoon shrimp paste
How Green Curry Paste
1st Roast all the ingredients except the shrimp paste on low heat.
2nd Pound the ingredients into a paste, add the shrimp paste and mix.
The ingredients for chicken curry
Chicken breast sliced • 1 cup
• 2 cups coconut milk
• 2 c. EL green curry paste
• Plants eggs 1 cup sliced
• 2 green bell pepper, cored and sliced lengthwise
• Fish sauce 2 tablespoons soup
• 2 tablespoons vegetable soup
How to Cook
1st Oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
2nd Fry green curry paste for one minute.
3rd Saut? chicken in the mixture until cooked.
4th Add coconut milk and bring to a boil.
5th Add the eggplant and peppers.
6th Enjoy with fish sauce.
7th Stew for 10-15 minutes.
