Tom Kha Kai (Chicken in Coconut Soup)

Sixth among the top ten Thai dishes ordered most often by foreigners, Tom Kha Kai soup, coconut chicken is not too difficult to create.
Ingredients
Chicken breast sliced • 1 cup
• 2 cups coconut milk
• Fish sauce 2 tablespoons soup
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1 tbsp galangal root
• 1 / 2 teaspoon salt
• 1 / 2 teaspoon pepper
• 1 teaspoon coriander
• 1 tablespoon red and green peppers
How to Cook
1st Heat the coconut milk in a saucepan.
2nd While cooking, add the root sliced chicken and galanga.
3rd Cover and let simmer until meat is tender and cooked through.
4th Season with salt and pepper.
5th Remove from heat.
6th Add the fish sauce, lime juice and chili.
7th Before serving, add the chopped coriander leaves.
