Kaeng Phanaeng (Meat in Coconut Cream)

The last court in the Top Ten Thaiways Thai food menu, which won the order for you Kaeng Phanaeng meat or coconut milk. You can use chicken or meat as a main ingredient of curry.
Ingredients
• 1 cup chicken or beef, diced
• 5 peppercorns
• 1 cup Cream of Coconut
• 2 dried chillies, seeded and watered
• 1 / 2 c. Tsp coriander seeds
• 1 / 2 c. Tsp cumin
• 1 tablespoon roasted peanuts
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 3 shallots
• 1 c. Tsp chopped coriander root
• 5 garlic cloves
• 3 slices galangal root
• 1 tbsp fish sauce
• 1 / 2 teaspoon grated kaffir-
• 1 / 2 teaspoon sugar
Shrimp paste • 2.1 c. Tea
How to Cook
1st Fry the pieces of chicken or beef in a skillet over medium heat.
2nd Pour the coconut milk and bring to a boil.
3rd When boiling, reduce heat to low. Simmer until the chicken or meat is tender. Take the meat over low heat, while the Cream of Coconut.
4th Stir occasionally. Meanwhile, prepare the curry paste, all spices including dried chilli, pepper, cumin, coriander, lemon grass, onion, coriander root, grind garlic and galangal root. Then add the roasted peanuts and shrimp paste. Mix it up and pound and paste.
5th Mix the paste with coconut milk curry boil. Place the meat curry again. Use for cooking over a low flame.
6th cut paprika. Enjoy with fish sauce, sugar and lime peel-Kiff.
7th Cook for 15 minutes before the curry is ready to serve.
