Kai Phat Met Mamuang Himmaphan (Chicken Fried with Cashew Nuts)

Ninth among the top ten Thai dishes ordered most often by foreigners, is the recipe for fried chicken with cashew nuts, a delicacy, sharp taste that can not be, that you prefer.
Ingredients
• 1 1 / 2 cup chopped chicken breast
• 1 / 4 cup chopped onions
• 1 / 4 cup chopped dried chiles
• 1 / 4 cup chopped onions

• 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
• 1 tablespoon light soy sauce

• Cooking oil 1 / 2 cup
Chicken broth • 1 / 4 cup
How to Cook
1st Mix the dark soy sauce, wheat flour and 2 tablespoons of cooking oil together.
2nd Marinade in the chicken for 30 minutes.
3rd The remaining oil over medium heat in the kitchen.
4th Add cashews and fry till they look yellow. Then remove and replace them with dried chilli. Fry crisp and remove from heat.
5th Add chicken. Once done, the garlic and onions.
6th Increase heat. Fry and the season with oyster sauce, soy sauce and sugar.
7th Pour the broth and add the green onions, dried chillies and cashew nuts. Mix it up and remove from heat.
