Kaeng Phet Pet Yang (Roast Duck Curry)

Fifth among the top ten Thai dishes ordered most often by foreigners Kaeng Phet Pet Yang the plate or roast duck curry is not common in grocery stores in Thailand, but is mainly served in the restaurants category.
Ingredients Curry Paste
• 7 dried chili peppers
• 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
• 3 tablespoons chopped garlic

How do you prepare the curry paste

Ingredients
• 1 roasted duck, deboned and sliced
• 1 cup Cream of Coconut
• 6 cups coconut milk fine second or third time
• 1 / 2 cup basil leaves
• 2 c. chopped jalapeno
• 6 slices of lime leaves and lime
• 20 cherry tomatoes
• 1 small pineapple, peeled and chopped

How to Cook

Kaffir lime: It helps to reduce excess gas in the intestines.
Coriander: Acts as a medicine for coughs and digestion.
Basil remove: Does mucus, parasites and the body.
Tomato used: as a mild laxative and may help prevent cancer.

Kaeng Phanaeng (Meat in Coconut Cream)

Ingredients
• 1 cup chicken or beef, diced
• 5 peppercorns

• 1 / 2 teaspoon grated kaffir-
• 1 / 2 teaspoon sugar
Shrimp paste • 2.1 c. Tea
How to Cook
1st Fry the pieces of chicken or beef in a skillet over medium heat.
2nd Pour the coconut milk and bring to a boil.
3rd When boiling, reduce heat to low. Simmer until the chicken or meat is tender. Take the meat over low heat, while the Cream of Coconut.
4th Stir occasionally. Meanwhile, prepare the curry paste, all spices including dried chilli, pepper, cumin, coriander, lemon grass, onion, coriander root, grind garlic and galangal root. Then add the roasted peanuts and shrimp paste. Mix it up and pound and paste.
5th Mix the paste with coconut milk curry boil. Place the meat curry again. Use for cooking over a low flame.

Kaeng Khiao Wan Kai (Green Chicken Curry)

Green Curry Paste Ingredients
• 10 fresh green chili peppers
• 2 tablespoons minced lemon grass
• 1 c. Tsp chopped coriander root
• 1 tablespoon chopped shallots
• 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
• 1 tbsp galangal root
• 1 teaspoon ground coriander
• 1 teaspoon ground cumin
• 7 white peppercorns
• 1 teaspoon salt tea
• 1 teaspoon shrimp paste
How Green Curry Paste
1st Roast all the ingredients except the shrimp paste on low heat.
2nd Pound the ingredients into a paste, add the shrimp paste and mix.
The ingredients for chicken curry
Chicken breast sliced • 1 cup
• 2 cups coconut milk
• 2 c. EL green curry paste
• Plants eggs 1 cup sliced
• 2 green bell pepper, cored and sliced lengthwise
• Fish sauce 2 tablespoons soup
• 2 tablespoons vegetable soup
How to Cook
1st Oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
2nd Fry green curry paste for one minute.
3rd Saut? chicken in the mixture until cooked.
4th Add coconut milk and bring to a boil.
5th Add the eggplant and peppers.
6th Enjoy with fish sauce.
7th Stew for 10-15 minutes.
